Regarding offshore teams, there are companies offshore that deliver more quality products and software, but when we select a really cheap company with no processes or reputation, this is a conscious decision made by the customer. 

People should either select properly or not complain later. If you care about quality, select a good offshore provider and they will still be cheaper than an &#039;average&#039; local provider due to the dollar conversion rates.</description>
